Position: Principal AI Solutions Consultant (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, LLMs) – Contract

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Healthcare Sector)
Engagement: 6–8 Weeks (Contract) with Potential Full-Time Conversion
Compensation: 💰 Negotiable (Hourly / Project-Based, aligned with experience)

About the Role

Lead a high-impact AI transformation initiative within a leading healthcare organization specializing in Patient Support Programs (PSPs).

This is a builder role—you’ll design and deploy real-world AI-powered automations and MVP systems that streamline operations, reduce manual workload, and improve program visibility.

You’ll act as the bridge between Operations, Project Managers, and Clinical teams, translating complex workflows into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

⚡ This role focuses strictly on technical architecture and automation (non-PHI environments). Compliance and patient data handling are managed internally.

What You’ll Deliver

  • AI-assisted triage workflows for faster case routing and classification
  • Automated reporting systems with real-time visibility
  • Scalable workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Reusable AI components (prompt libraries, agent frameworks, templates)
  • Structured data environments for tracking engagement and operations

What You’ll Be Doing (Week-to-Week)

  • Designing and building workflows using Power Automate
  • Developing lightweight Copilot / LLM-based agents
  • Structuring data in SharePoint, Notion, or similar platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine requirements
  • Shipping functional MVPs every 2–3 week sprint
  • Documenting systems for internal handoff and scalability

Tech Stack

  • Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Teams
  • Power Platform: Power Automate, Power BI
  • AI Tools: Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Claude (or similar LLMs)
  • Data & Integration: Microsoft Graph API, Excel, CSV, Notion

✅ Required Experience

  • Proven delivery of production-ready solutions in Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI tools, or agent frameworks
  • Strong data modeling and workflow design skills
  • Experience working in Agile, sprint-based environments
  • Ability to operate independently in a consultative, fast-paced role

Nice to Have

  • Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations or CRM workflows
  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation (classification, summarization accuracy)

What We’re Looking For

Someone who embodies:

  • Caring – Builds solutions that genuinely help users
  • Candor – Communicates clearly and directly
  • High Performance – Delivers fast, practical results

You should be highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in rapid iteration cycles.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work on real-world AI implementations (not just theory)
  • High ownership and visibility across teams
  • Opportunity for full-time conversion after contract
  • Build systems that directly impact healthcare operations
