Position:  Management Expert (Remote, Part-Time) – Up to $83/hr

About the Role

We are looking for Management Experts to help train AI systems on real-world business and organizational problems.

You’ll work on tasks involving strategy, organizational design, and operational frameworks, helping improve how AI understands decision-making in business environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create original management problem sets (organizational charts, strategic frameworks, operational diagrams)
  • Write clear, step-by-step reference solutions
  • Review and annotate AI-generated outputs
  • Perform structured quality assurance checks

Requirements

You qualify if you meet any of the following:

  • PhD in Management, Strategy, or Organizational Behavior
  • MBA / MS in Management + 3+ years experience

  • Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years in:

    • Business / Corporate roles
    • Consulting
    • Research or operations

Must-have skills:

  • Expertise in at least 2 areas:
    • Strategy
    • Organizational Behavior
    • Operations Management
    • Corporate Finance
    • Marketing Management
  • Ability to interpret:
    • Organizational charts
    • Strategic frameworks
    • Financial statements
    • Operational workflows
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills

Compensation & Perks
