About the Role

We are looking for a Cloud Storage Management Expert to evaluate AI-powered storage systems.

You’ll act as a human-in-the-loop evaluator, testing how AI agents handle real-world cloud storage and data migration workflows.

This is a hands-on, technical role focused on validating AI recommendations used in enterprise cloud environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Test end-to-end storage migration workflows using AI agents

  • Evaluate:

    Migration strategies (online vs offline)
    • Transfer performance and reliability
    • AI-generated recommendations and outputs
    • Simulate realistic storage traffic scenarios
  • Identify risks, failures, and inaccuracies in AI workflows
  • Create detailed evaluation reports and feedback
  • Compare planned vs actual migration outcomes

Core Evaluation Areas

  • Discovery (migration options accuracy)
  • Planning (ROI, transfer methods, time estimates)
  • Validation (dry-run testing, failure detection)
  • Execution (real transfer operations)
  • Reporting (progress tracking, analytics, variance)

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in:
    • Cloud storage systems
    • Data migration strategies
    • Enterprise storage management
  • Familiarity with:
    • Amazon S3
    • Google Cloud Storage
    • Microsoft Azure Storage
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Online/offline data transfer methods
    • Cloud Interconnect and transfer sizing
  • Ability to evaluate AI/LLM-generated outputs critically
  • Strong technical writing and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in:
    • Storage performance optimization
    • Security auditing
    • Storage analytics

  • Background in:

    • AI/ML evaluation or QA testing
    • Red-teaming AI systems

  • Familiarity with:

    • MCP (Model Context Protocol)
    • Agent-based AI systems
